Pattern-made, using the concept of godet. The sleeve is made by slashing, spreading the basic sleeve, and inserting the sixteen (eight on each arm) triangle pieces to get the shape. The skirt is a basic godet skirt with a waistband and has eight godets on the front and back to match the sleeve.
